Memories Tag

Memory Tag
1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.
This tag can be for anyone in our family.

I would need a lot more space than this comment area provides! I have a ton of memories with you! From the Fuller Rap to the tons of Amway gum in your room (N. Ogden with the different bricks in your room), or the trips to St. George and we would lay down at any given moment for hte Aunts to take pics. What about hiding rolls in your room or sleep the four of us in your bed or couch bed, completely squished! The fishies poker, the list goes on and on and on!

Hi Jod,
I started thinking about my memories of you, and was surprised at the plethora of memories that came to mind.

I think the one that stands out the most would have to be when you taught a bunch of us girls how to play poker in your room in St. George. You got this massive jar of pennies for us, and that is what we bet with, and then for some reason you had to leave, and Jan came into the room, and yelled at us and told us that we didn't play poker in "our" house. We didn't even have a defense, we just all humbly accepted the verbal lashing, and then laughed our guts out when she left.

One more is in that same room, and you had some dance pictures in your room and a picture of a guy, and I kept asking you who he was and what his name was. (Why I have no idea) and you kept telling me his name was Nunya. I was like, whatever, and just kept asking, and then, you were finally like, it's nunya business!! That was the first time I ever had that. You're such a good egg Jod. I loved the letters you wrote me on your mish too!

Jode,
It's me, your long lost cousin Holl. I just happened to be browsing along and found your blog on our blog and here you are, back in my life. Your girls are BEAUTIFUL!!!!! I've loved looking at everything and reading everything. So, my memory is of sleeping in your waterbed. Man, that was torch. The choices were sleeping in the crack of the bed or in the middle all piled up because there were too many people on there. I never slept well, but fun was had by all, mostly. Also, playing night games with you and your neighbor, dracula, in your Ogden house and eating apricot seeds. Tons of others too.

I remember the first time I met you we came over to your house for a bbq with Garrett and Cristy. You had just had an early Christmas for Cassadee and she was such a little nurse adjusting Cristy's pic line and I was so amazed with you and the strength of your family. Your girls are so cute and you were so great with them and all of the kids invading your home that night.

Jode, how the jimmy are ya? Turns out I just found your blog on our blog too. Good job on getting on it, I don't do much of all that business. How is Dave? Your girls are stinking cute. Memories of Jode.... lets see, apparently you taught all cousins how to play poker, you little devil. I swear every time we came to your house we all squished into your bed, why would we do that? Plus I did love to steal gum out of your top drawer in your No Ogden house. If Gutts would have done it longer she would have realized it went from Amway to Extra gum which was much better. Plus you took all us cousins repelling and some of us were big chickens. I think mabes you showed us a few things, I can't believe no one has brought up the egg fight on the motel lawn. Plus we had some pretty good talks a time or ten. Love ya Jode.
